Principles of Real EstateOur Real Estate clases are conducted every Wednesday night from 5:00 pm 8:30 pm. A student can complete the course within three weeks or take up to six months. We use the Principles of Real Estate book and cd-rom program. This book has 15 chapters with practice exams and written excercises all designed to prepare you for the state exam. The cd-rom is a program full of practice questions that relate to the state exam. The program will time you and tell you when you get the wrong answer, and then it will give you the correct one. Because of the methods we use to prepare you for the state exam we will guarantee that you pass. Just ask for our "we guarantee you pass" certificate that explains all the details.
